As a managed service delivery generalist, you will execute outsourced processes which include client interaction, data review and processing, quality control implementation, and escalation resolution. You will engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate cloud services solutions, design managed service offerings, and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and feasibility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales lifecycle for cloud managed services, from qualification to closure.
- Design managed service offerings for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and cloud cost optimization.
- Build tailored proposals, TCO/ROI models, and contractual structures for multi-year cloud outsourcing deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale cloud providers and partners.
- Track and achieve sales targets aligned with cloud go-to-market strategy.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud trends and competitive landscape.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), migration strategies, and DevOps.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP are required.
- Proven success in structuring and closing complex cloud managed service contracts.
- Strong communication skills and executive-level presence.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cloud Services sales and solutioning.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
