The successful candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with customers to understand their deployments. You will be responsible for designing large-scale strategic architectures and specific solutions to meet both immediate and long-term needs as customers transition to the cloud.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing solution architectures that consider non-functional requirements such as security, network performance, and service management.
- Driving the creation of reference architectures and best practice templates.
- Participating in the Architecture Community within Oracle, contributing to and using valuable resources.
- Continuously developing knowledge of emerging technologies and products through Oracle’s training programs.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in an IT-related role (e.g., pre-sales consultant, technical support, consulting).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, hybrid designs, and network infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with networking technologies such as SD-WAN, IPSec, MPLS, DNS, and others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Openness to working with diverse cultures and languages.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in German, Arabic, French, or Italian is a plus.
