You will help craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, and IoT. Your technical expertise and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within customer environments and engage in discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
- Develop trusting relationships with customers to understand their business needs and technical challenges
- Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
- Provide detailed reviews of service events and participate in pre-launch planning
- Solve a variety of problems as customers migrate their workloads to the cloud
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for at least three of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, applications development in a distributed systems environment
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Experience in an internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
- UAE Citizen (Emirati)
