Key Responsibilities
- Advise on solutions, providing technical guidance while advocating for the customer
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy, minimizing cost and complexity
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business and technical challenges
- Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS
- Provide detailed reviews of service events and assist in pre-launch planning
- Solve various problems as customers migrate their workloads to the cloud
- Conduct workshops and mentoring sessions to uplift customer capabilities

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role (Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, etc.)
- Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting across various cloud technologies
- Internal and external customer-facing experience, with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-obsessed mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Programming or scripting experience in languages like Java, Python, or others
- Previous experience in software development, DevOps, or related fields
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus
