The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of cloud computing concepts, experience in technical presales, and a passion for developing engineering talent. Specific responsibilities include coaching and mentoring team members, implementing engineered processes, promoting team engagement, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, from graduate to senior levels.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback.
- Identify and measure team health indicators.
- Represent your team to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate with other leaders as part of the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies (Kubernetes, Openstack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph, etc.).
- Practical knowledge of Linux and networking.
- Experience in technical presales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; a second language (Spanish or French) is preferred.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

- Python knowledge.
