Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee cloud security architecture, including hardware, operating systems, cloud-native applications, data security, privacy protection, insider threats, and generative AI.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct security risk assessments, training, and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and address security gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into cloud products and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud security trends and threats, providing guidance on security strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Familiarity with common risks, attack strategies, and security architecture principles.
- Understanding of cloud-native and infrastructure technologies (e.g., network access, LLM, big data, cloud computing, microservices, zero trust).
- Knowledge of container security technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless security practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Golang, Python, Java, or NodeJS, with skills in code auditing/reviews and development.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a professional work ethic and keen risk awareness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in discovering major vulnerabilities or winning security competitions.
- Previous leadership or participation in large-scale governance, architecture, and design projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC) are an advantage.
