Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing cloud security architecture, covering physical hardware, operating systems, cloud-native applications, data security, privacy protection, insider threats, and generative AI.
- Developing and enforcing cloud security policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conducting security risk assessments, training, and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and address security gaps.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into cloud products and infrastructure.
- Keeping up with emerging cloud security trends, technologies, and threats, and providing strategic guidance on security solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Familiarity with principles of common risks, attack and defense strategies; capability to lead security architecture and risk governance.
- Knowledgeable in cloud-native and infrastructure technologies such as network access, LLM, big data, storage, cloud computing, microservices, and zero trust.
- Familiarity with container security technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and best practices in serverless security.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Golang, Python, Java, or NodeJS) with skills in code auditing, reviews, and development.
- Understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability, with a focus on professional ethics and risk awareness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience discovering significant vulnerabilities domestically or internationally, or winning large-scale security competitions.
- Preference for candidates who have led or participated in major governance, architecture, and design projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud security best practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC) are a plus.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is likely required as a language of communication within the company and for technical documentation.
