Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee cloud security architecture covering physical hardware, operating systems, cloud-native applications, data security, privacy protection, and insider threats.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures according to industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct security risk assessments, security training, and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and address security gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into cloud products and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud security trends, technologies, and threats, providing guidance on security strategies and solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Familiarity with common risks, attack and defense strategies, and the ability to lead security architecture and risk governance.
- Understanding of cloud-native and infrastructure technologies such as network access, big data, storage, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Familiarity with container security technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless security best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Python, Java, or NodeJS, with the capability to conduct code auditing/reviews and development.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, professional ethics, risk awareness, and results orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in discovering significant vulnerabilities or winning large-scale security competitions.
- Background in leading or participating in large-scale governance, architecture, or design projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and best practices in cloud security.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC, etc.
Language Requirements:
Proficient in English and at least one additional language is preferred.
