As a Cloud Senior Sales Manager at Oracle, you will coordinate the sales of Oracle Cloud within your territory. You’ll use your industry knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer happiness. Your responsibility will include growing, developing, inspiring, and leading a diverse organization of highly motivated, high-performing, and customer-centric cloud sales teams. You will manage sales rep performance by setting objectives, targets, and providing regular feedback to foster their development. Additionally, you will build the structures and culture necessary for your team to effectively leverage the expertise available in our diverse internal technology sales ecosystem and develop long-term, sustainable relationships with senior-level customers and partners.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
- Sell and promote Oracle products to customers, including negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
- Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
- Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts, accurately predicting revenue on a monthly basis.
- Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
