About The Role:
As a Cloud Software Manager, you will build and manage a Cloud Scrum team in Dubai, providing strategic leadership and technical mentorship. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a high-performing engineering team that collaborates seamlessly with our teams in Singapore and China, ensuring successful delivery of technical milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Cloud Scrum team in Dubai, creating a supportive and productive environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment of key staff and support team operations under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
  • Collaborate with other Cloud Scrum teams and the Solution Architect to ensure consistent approaches in service delivery.
  • Define a vision for the team, aligning local talent development with the company's organizational goals.
  • Guide the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure cloud services.
  • Work with the Head of Cloud to achieve Cloud objectives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and improving standards continuously.

What You Need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in team management and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge in designing, building, and maintaining scalable Cloud microservices architectures.
  • Experience with AWS, including hands-on deployment and configuration of AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateways, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD techniques and tooling.
  • Experience in building production-quality cloud services.
  • Exposure to Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and techniques.
