About the Job
We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Data and Analytics & AI, who is passionate about driving our customers’ transformation on Microsoft Azure. This customer-facing role is critical in owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture and operational health engagements. The position allows for flexible work with up to 50% from home.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customers’ overall data estate, business and IT priorities, and success measures to design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business value and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, and reliability upon deployment.
  • Develop opportunities to drive customer success business results and help customers obtain value from their Microsoft investments.
  • Architect and design solutions that meet business and IT needs, creating Data & Analytics roadmaps, driving Proof of Concepts (POC) and Minimal Viable Products (MVP).
  • Act as the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, collaborating with the engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, staying current with market trends and competitive insights.
  • Share expertise and contribute to IP creation to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or software development/support.
  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Technical certification in Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google.
