Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and hybrid messaging environments.
Lead migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.
Integrate Exchange solutions with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.

Deployment & Optimisation:

Deliver Exchange Server and Exchange Online deployments, upgrades, and health assessments.
Configure retention policies, compliance features, and disaster recovery solutions.
Optimise messaging performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange Server architecture, administration, and migrations.
Expertise in Exchange Online configuration and hybrid deployments.
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and core networking concepts.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
