We are looking for a senior cross-solution area Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) who is passionate about driving strategic projects across a large geography of MEA, and driving customers’ Cloud & AI transformation on the Microsoft Platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND at least 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical and thought leadership across Solution Areas with demonstrated mastery of Infra, AI Apps, Data and AI, and Security.
- Act as the trusted technical advisor to the CS Leader.
- Drive Microsoft Sovereign Cloud solutions along with Azure Confidential Compute.
- Engage at Senior / Executive (e.g. CTO, CIO) level with large enterprise customers/customer clusters in strategic subsidiaries to help define their transformative cloud and AI strategy.
- Accountable for driving consumption across multiple solution areas and strategic customers.
- Vocal leader and customer champion in Area to elevate customer patterns, adoption issues, and accelerate resolution with corporate and product teams.
- Ensure quality assurance of architecture solutions E2E and serve as the gatekeeper for architecture design with key customers to ensure resiliency and alignment with best practices.
- Act as a technical spokesperson across internal and external communities.
- Engage actively in mentoring the technical community.
