The company's Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in AI Security and Agentic AI. This customer-facing technical role focuses on helping enterprise customers securely design, deploy, govern, and operate AI and agent-based workloads on the company's platforms. The CSA will act as a trusted technical advisor for customers adopting AI and agent-based workloads, architecting secure and scalable designs for Agent 365, Copilot, and AI-powered workloads. The role involves guiding customers on AI security governance, managing identity and access control, driving the adoption of the company's Security solutions (e.g., Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview), and leading architecture workshops and design sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers adopting AI and agent-based workloads
- Architect secure, scalable designs for Agent 365, Copilot, and AI-powered workloads
- Guide customers on AI security governance, identity, access control, and observability
- Drive adoption and operational usage of the company's Security solutions
- Remove technical blockers and de-risk AI deployments
- Lead architecture workshops and design sessions with security and executive stakeholders
- Partner with sales, engineering, and partners to deliver customer success outcomes
- Capture feedback from the field to improve security and AI offerings
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant fields, including cloud/infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity, and IT consulting/support
- Deep understanding of the company's security technologies with hands-on experience in Defender, Sentinel, Entra, and Purview
- Experience securing AI-powered workloads and understanding agentic architectures
Preferred:
- Experience with the company's Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry
- Familiarity with AI security architecture patterns and Zero Trust principles
- Certifications such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, AI-900, or AZ-500
