Cloud Solution Architect - App Innovations

As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will be instrumental in driving application innovation and AI transformation for our customers on the company platform. This position requires you to engage with customers on technical levels, leading architecture discussions and removing technical obstacles in the adoption of company Azure and GitHub services. You will take charge of designing, building, and operating solutions, ensuring smooth implementation while addressing any customer-related technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ overall business and IT priorities for platform engineering, cloud applications development, and AI adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to engineering and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
• Support customer training by delivering workshops and readiness activities, ensuring solutions maintain performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Foster customer relationships to proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, driving the successful adoption of company technologies.
• Collaborate internally and externally to create pilots and oversee implementation projects to ensure successful adoption outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with solid experience in cloud technologies and consulting.
• Proficient experience in customer-facing roles, managing technical projects.
• Technical certifications in cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and experience with enterprise-scale infrastructures and architecture design.
• Proficiency in development languages such as .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python, including related frameworks.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
