As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will be instrumental in driving application innovation and AI transformation for our customers on the company platform. Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ overall business and IT priorities for platform engineering, cloud applications development, and AI adoption.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to engineering and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery.
- Support customer training by delivering workshops and readiness activities, ensuring solutions maintain performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Foster customer relationships to proactively identify and resolve technical blockers, driving the successful adoption of company technologies.
- Collaborate internally and externally to create pilots and oversee implementation projects to ensure successful adoption outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with solid experience in cloud technologies and consulting.
- Proficient experience in customer-facing roles, managing technical projects.
- Technical certifications in cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and experience with enterprise-scale infrastructures and architecture design.
- Proficiency in development languages such as .Net, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python, including related frameworks.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
