As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) for Azure and Identity, you will interact with large enterprise customers, focusing on improving the stability and performance of their Azure deployments. Your role will involve being the main point of contact during critical situations, providing context, and ensuring effective communication between the customer, support teams, and engineering.
This role requires proactive technical work to lay the foundation for successful solution operation. Responsibilities include delivering solution-oriented services, ensuring reliability and optimal performance, conducting trainings/workshops, and providing deep technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into Azure solution designs aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Implement solutions on Azure, collaborating with various roles including Developers, Administrators, and Security Engineers.
  • Maintain deep technical documentation of customer solutions (KnowMe) and deliver onboarding assessments.
  • Conduct regular internal touchpoints to ensure alignment among teams and monitor customer success.
  • Identify trends and coordinate remediation activities during customer reviews.
  • Function as a Trusted Advisor, providing deep technical analysis and guiding engagements to a stable solution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Azure and Identity solutions, particularly Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Identity.
  • Expertise in high availability, disaster recovery, governance frameworks, and infrastructure as code (ARM JSON or Terraform).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer engagement abilities.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts for Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Relevant experience with Azure PaaS, WVD, and knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Proficiency in identity-related technologies such as Entra ID, B2B, B2C, and Active Directory integration.
  • Good communication skills and presentation abilities, with relevant Microsoft or AWS certifications being a plus.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages may be beneficial.
