The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization within CE&S aims to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by leveraging AI-powered capabilities and human expertise. We deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and foster long-term loyalty.
As a Mission Critical Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will regularly interact with enterprise customers to enhance the stability and performance of their Azure solutions. You will possess deep technical knowledge, define and execute architectural updates, and ensure that customer environments meet optimization goals.
Your role will include serving as the single point of contact during critical situations, offering proactive technical support, and delivering solution-oriented services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into Azure solution designs aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Implement solutions on Azure in collaboration with Developers, Administrators, Security, and Data Engineers.
- Create and update technical documentation of customer solutions and deliver onboarding assessments.
- Conduct regular internal meetings with team managers and connected teams for alignment.
- Ensure successful delivery of remediation activities and provide case trend analysis during customer reviews.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor by offering deep technical analyses and supporting engagements.
- Provide root cause analysis for critical incidents and work towards stable solutions to reduce reactive demand.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Azure and Identity solutions, particularly in Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Identity.
- Hands-on knowledge of governance frameworks, infrastructure as code, and consulting skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, face-to-face customer engagement experience, and Microsoft/AWS certifications are desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum/ITIL methodologies and Cloud Identity design and implementation.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
