Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Infra

The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) role at Microsoft is designed to drive customer success by enabling organizations to achieve their business objectives through the adoption and effective use of Microsoft cloud technologies. The CSA acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions that align with customers' strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing relationships with key customer IT decision makers to promote long-term cloud adoption.
• Providing feedback to relevant Microsoft teams for continuous improvement.
• Managing a committed pipeline and ensuring delivery aligns with customer expectations.
• Conducting Architectural Design Sessions to plan and implement solutions based on customer business goals.
• Resolving issues that block the go-live of customer projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure expertise.
• Engaging in continuous learning and community involvement to share expertise and contribute to intellectual property creation.

Work Conditions:

• This role is flexible, allowing for up to 50% remote work.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or a related field.

• Preferred:

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting knowledge, and skills in customer engagement.

Language Requirements:

• Strong written and oral skills are essential.
