As the Partner Solution Architect for G42 within the Microsoft Operating Unit, your primary responsibility will be to provide deep technical coaching to aid partners in developing impactful solutions and services for customers. You will validate partners’ technology architecture, assist them in overcoming technical blockers, and help them win early customers and achieve consumption and usage results from their solutions and services.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives
- Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Certification in technologies preferred: Cloud, mobile, web application development, cloud-native application architecture (containers, microservices, API management), modern software development techniques (DevOps, CI/CD tool chains), container orchestration systems
Responsibilities
- Enablement Execution: Lead workshops, bootcamps, and trainings to build partners’ technical skills
- Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements, including briefings and architectural design sessions
- Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft’s Engineering teams for technical insights
- Solution Development: Aid partners in developing high-quality solutions with Microsoft technologies
- Evangelism: Promote partners’ practices and solutions in customer implementations
- Tech Sales: Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial wins and resolving technical issues
