As a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Azure Infrastructure, you will lead a team dedicated to helping customers realize their business goals through their investments in Microsoft technology. Your role will involve enabling customers to achieve outcomes with Azure's comprehensive and innovative cloud platform. You will drive the adoption of AI-ready cloud infrastructure by applying scalable best practices through Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with key IT decision-makers to foster long-term cloud adoption.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by providing insights to relevant Microsoft teams.
- Own your pipeline and align delivery with customer expectations for success.
- Facilitate Architectural Design Sessions to align solutions with customer goals and technical environments.
- Address and resolve issues blocking customer success projects by leveraging technical expertise.
- Pursue continuous learning and engage with community practices to enhance customer transformation journeys.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or equivalent.
- Experience with Azure IaaS, particularly in areas such as storage, networking, and compute.
- Proven ability to cultivate strategic customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field with additional years of experience (8+ years for Bachelor's, 6+ years for Master's preferred).
- Experience in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
- Technical certification in Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Language Requirements: English proficiency is preferred.
