Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on:
- Azure Compute: Virtual Machines, Scale Sets
- Azure Networking: VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPNs, ExpressRoute
- Azure Storage: Blob, File, Disk, and Archive storage solutions
- Azure Monitoring: Log Analytics Workspace (LAW), Application Insights
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Design and deployment of virtual desktop infrastructure
- Azure VMware Solution (AVS): Integration and migration strategies for hybrid environments
- Azure Stack HCI/Azure Local: Familiarity with deployment and operations concepts
- Azure Arc: Familiarity with onboarding hybrid servers/resources, policy and extensions, and troubleshooting common agent/connectivity issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud models.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Scale Sets, Networking, and Storage.
- Proficiency in Azure Monitoring tools including LAW and Application Insights.
- Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Familiarity with Azure VMware Solution and hybrid cloud integration.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-500) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments and cloud migration projects.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
