The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, part of CE&S, focuses on enabling customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by integrating leading AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), your role will include driving technical strategy, solution design, and the adoption of Microsoft Teams and Viva products. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward realizing business value through modern collaboration and employee experience platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to Microsoft standards and methodologies throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and partner teams to meet customer objectives and boost satisfaction.
- Proactively manage risks and adapt methodologies to minimize technical and business challenges.
- Deliver solutions aligned with company methodologies, ensuring operational readiness and achievement of customer goals.
- Provide insights and feedback for continuous improvement of Microsoft’s offerings and practices.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts or a related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
- Preferred:
- Additional years of relevant experience, advanced degrees, and technical certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) are preferred.
