In this role, you will:
- Lead in-depth technical architecture discussions and engage with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers, and developers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop pilots and manage implementation projects, ensuring removal of technical blockers.
- Proactively act as the voice of the customer, translating their problems into industry solutions while enhancing customer experiences.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate issues using appropriate tools while adhering to company methodologies.
- Drive consumption, usage, and unified expansion opportunities at scale.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, with significant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role related to technical projects.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is preferred.
