We are seeking a passionate Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive application innovation and AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This customer-facing role will involve technical engagements, hands-on technical responsibilities, and leading architecture discussions with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, platform engineers, and developers.
You will be responsible for removing technical obstacles and adoption challenges for our customers. The position requires collaboration with various internal and external teams to develop pilots and manage implementation projects proactively. Your role will also entail acting as the voice of the customer, translating problems into industry solutions, and identifying new opportunities for broadened consumption and usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Microsoft and customer teams to ensure project success and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage business and technical risks with appropriate methodologies.
- Deliver solutions in alignment with company methodologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for consumption and expansion.
- Influence product roadmaps through feedback and insights.
- Engage with C-level roles to align on operational, security, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Significant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or related areas.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles on technical projects.
- Technical certification in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is preferred.
