Cloud Solution Architect – Cloud & AI Infrastructure - Arabic Speaker

At Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), we are leading a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team focused on customer success. We’re looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to help customers migrate, modernize, and secure their infrastructure, applications, and data on Microsoft Azure, establishing the groundwork for scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagements focused on migration, modernization, operational excellence, and resilient architecture using frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
• Work closely with customer IT leaders to design and implement scalable solutions, resolve blockers, and accelerate Azure services adoption through repeatable IP and delivery excellence.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption, acting as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and collaborating with Microsoft engineering teams.
• Drive migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring customer environments are optimized for health, resiliency, security, and performance.
• Maintain technical intensity through continuous learning and certifications in priority workloads such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, and Defender for Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting/support.
• Strong focus on infrastructure & platform expertise, including virtual machines, networking, identity & access management, and security.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role and on technical projects is essential.

Certifications

• Required: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
