The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization aims to empower customers by enhancing business value through differentiated experiences with the company's products and services. Responsibilities:
- Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions focused on high ROI outcomes.
- Lead architectural design while engaging business and technical decision-makers to ensure customer success and renewal.
- Utilize Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to scale AI solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities in partnership with technical and sales teams to drive expansion and business value realization.
- Engage with relevant communities to share knowledge and accelerate customer AI transformation.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and success stories to inform internal strategies.
- Commit to continuous self-directed learning in areas such as Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, and business value realization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development/support, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
