Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - AI Business Solutions

The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) role specializes in AI Business Solutions and is integral to the Global Customer Success organization. This position focuses on driving our customers’ AI transformation on the Microsoft platform, engaging strategically with key accounts. The CSA will coach and collaborate with both field roles and partners, executing programmatic actions that drive consumption and AI transformation. The role also involves documenting best practices, ensuring progress towards value realization goals, and facilitating knowledge transfer to field Customer Success Unit (CSU) teams.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate Value Realization: Engage with CxO, business, and technical decision makers to drive the intent, enablement, and usage of M365 Copilot and Agents, securing long-term customer renewals.
• Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant Microsoft teams, including Product Groups, for continuous improvement.
• Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging M365 Copilot and Agents to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes.
• Usage Growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by ensuring decision makers understand the value proposition of M365 Copilot and Agents.
• Identify and resolve issues blocking customer success projects, leveraging technical expertise in M365 Copilot and Agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or software development/support.
• Hands-on experience in AI agents development and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to engage with CxO, business, and technical decision makers.
• Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services).
