We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in AI Business Solutions to drive customers’ AI transformations on the Microsoft platform. This role entails engaging with key accounts, coaching field roles, executing programmatic actions, documenting best practices, and facilitating knowledge transfer to Customer Success Unit (CSU) teams. You will also partner with field teams to identify barriers to success and drive resolutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with CxO and decision-makers to drive usage of M365 Copilot and other Microsoft solutions.
- Providing customer insights and feedback to relevant Microsoft teams.
- Driving customer satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Leading architecture design sessions and addressing customer questions.
- Engaging in professional communities to share expertise and contribute to innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, along with:
- 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development, or architecture.
- OR equivalent experience.
Mandatory skills:
- Hands-on experience with AI agents development and Copilot Studio.
- Ability to engage with CxO and technical decision-makers.
Preferred:
- Technical certifications in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google).
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
