This customer-facing role will involve managing the technical relationship between our customers and Microsoft, guiding them to harness their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time (up to 50% remote)
Responsibilities:
- Build positive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable feedback and insights from customers and partners.
- Lead efforts in communicating with Microsoft’s Global Security, Engineering, and Product teams to eliminate obstacles and influence solution roadmaps.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive security solutions, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity and Access Management, and Cloud Security within Microsoft's Security offerings.
- Enhance customer adoption of security solutions by addressing customer concerns and maximizing value from their Microsoft investments through expert guidance.
- Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to align security solutions with customer business goals and technical environments, facilitating consensus on design and implementation steps.
- Collaborate with fellow Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders to develop complex, end-to-end enterprise solutions utilizing the Microsoft Security platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, and/or technology solutions.
- Alternatively, a Master's Degree in the same fields with relevant experience is also acceptable.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in a customer-facing role on technical projects.
- Technical certification in Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google) and security credentials.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
