With over 17,000 employees worldwide, the Microsoft Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Microsoft's end-to-end customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive our customer's security transformation on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms. This customer-facing role will own the security-focused technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft, as well as customer engagements, including architecture, implementation, and operational health.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on project delivery experience in customer-facing roles and success in leading in-depth technical security architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Security Architects, IT Management, and Developers to secure our customer's technology estate.
Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Guide customers through their Microsoft Security adoption journey by defining a secure strategy, architecture, and implementation of necessary security controls aligned with Microsoft XDR and Azure Security workloads.
- Security Services Acquisition and Expansion: Position and deliver solutions that drive usage of security products with a focus on Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, and other Azure security solutions.
- Understand Customer/Partner Technical Environment: Improve security posture and ensure solutions exhibit a "Secure by Design" framework.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans governing design in line with customer business goals.
- Practice Development: Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
- Thought Leadership: Develop an end-to-end value and architecture plan for security across Microsoft Security offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity, and IT consulting/support or equivalent experience.
Key Capabilities & Skills:
- Experience in security, including Zero Trust, threat management, and SOC monitoring.
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior security teams and executives in complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities using cloud technologies.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to solving customer challenges.
