The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project delivery within customer-facing roles and demonstrate success in leading deep technical security architecture discussions with senior customer executives, including security architects, IT management, and developers. You will guide customers in enhancing their technology security estate and promote security as an enabler for their Azure and Microsoft 365 workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Empower customers in their Microsoft Security adoption journey by defining secure strategies and architectures that align with Microsoft security workloads.
- Security Services Acquisition and Expansion: Promote solutions that enhance the use of Microsoft security products such as Microsoft Sentinel and Defender for Cloud, while collaborating on cloud migration projects.
- Understand Customer Environment: Improve security posture through implementing solutions that demonstrate a "Secure by Design" framework.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Facilitate architectural design sessions to create implementation plans that align with customer business goals.
- Practice Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging the Microsoft Security platform.
- Thought Leadership: Lead the delivery of value and architecture plans for security offerings, providing feedback to engineering and product teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, cybersecurity, or IT consulting.
- Broad expertise in security technologies such as Zero Trust, threat management, SOC monitoring, and Extended Detection & Response (XDR).
- Proven relationship-building skills with senior security teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering business value through technology.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Certification Requirements:
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, and Microsoft SOC Analyst Associate.
