Cloud Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 - Arabic Speaking

Join the company’s Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization, which is dedicated to empowering customers by delivering exceptional experiences through the company’s products and services. The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) role is focused on providing support to the company’s top-tier customers, especially those utilizing Mission Critical applications. This position offers an opportunity to work with technically savvy clients in sectors such as banking, stock exchanges, and government entities.

As a CSA, you will enhance your skills across various technologies, support high-profile customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. This role is integral in delivering technical architecture and solutions that align with business goals and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Gather insights from customers to inform architecture and digital transformation solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and representing them to internal teams.
• Develop and maintain impactful relationships with customer and partner architects and technical stakeholders.
• Deliver technical advice and facilitate discussions to ensure customer readiness and operational health.
• Identify and address customers' technical requirements while managing business and technical risks.
• Drive customer success through expert consultation and ongoing support during implementation.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Experience with Dynamics CRM - Dynamics 365 Apps and/or D365 Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Proficient with related technologies including SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and .NET.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Preferred:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Project Management, and Power Platform.
  • Understanding of client/server and Internet technologies fundamentals.

Language Requirements: Arabic and English (business fluency)
