As a Cloud Solution Architect, you'll support multiple technologies and products while expanding your skill set, learning new technologies, and growing your leadership in the areas you excel at.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers customer/partner insights and maps architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer business outcomes. Represents the voice of the customer by driving new feedback and insights across internal teams.
  • Develops and expands existing relationships with customer and partner architects, technical decision makers, and business stakeholders. Facilitates technical discussions and enables operational health and cloud readiness.
  • Identifies and anticipates issues; advises customers/partners on optimizing performance and driving customer/partner relationships. Shapes customer requirements and resolves identified technical constraints.
  • Acts as a mentor to junior colleagues and participates in external technical community events to share insights and improve knowledge.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry experience assessing complex, business-critical Dynamics CRM - Dynamics 365 Apps and/or D365 Customer Engagement on-premise environments.
  • Knowledge of tools for managing complex D365 Apps (Online) implementations and understanding of related company technologies such as SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and .NET.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills, with business fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Project management, Power Platform experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals.

Work Conditions

  • 3 days/week in-office
  • Travel: Less than 25%

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
