About the Erada Program
The Erada Program is designed specifically for Qatari Nationals to enhance employability and create a market impact through early recruitment and skill development. The company's Erada Internship is a paid, six-month program offering globally recognized technical certifications, professional skills, and mentorship through real-life project experiences.
Program Overview
This full-time internship is divided into two key phases:

Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 Month)
- Introduction to the company's mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
- A focus on obtaining company technical certifications.
- Training in professional skills including project management, change management, interpersonal effectiveness, creativity, and time management.

Phase 2 - On-the-Job Training (5 Months)
- Active involvement as a CSA in shadowing and training roles.
- Regular mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Support company teams in various digital transformation projects.
- Engage in advanced technology training in areas like AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities
- Apply foundational technical knowledge of architectural solutions to meet business and IT requirements, resolving identified technical constraints.
- Represent the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing feedback on technical capabilities, blockers, and insights.
- Contribute to proposals for solutions based on technical product knowledge and demonstrate those solutions during collaboration sessions.
- Involve in researching and scoping for potential intellectual property needs or process changes.
- Participate in external architect community events and share learnings within your team.
- Engage in discussions regarding architecture design, quality reviews, and technical optimizations that enhance customer business value and ensure well-architected environments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must possess Qatari nationality and be legally authorized to work in Qatar.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for technology with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively across various levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Technical certifications in Cloud technologies (such as Azure) are valued but not essential.
- Change Management Certifications (e.g., Prosci) are preferred but not required.
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
