In FY26, you will play a key role in helping customers realize value in their investments, enabled by Unified and Enhanced Solutions. Your delivery of technical expertise and business acumen will ensure customers have secure and resilient architecture, making you the trusted advisor that leads their AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AI growth using Agents with Copilot Studio, leveraging Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot, and Azure AI services to optimize customer outcomes.
- Maintain the health of the Power Platform customer base and ensure execution for usage and renewal growth.
- Identify and deliver expansion opportunities for Enhanced Solutions.
- Accelerate AI capture and enhance business momentum by growing usage excellence across various platforms and offerings.
- Establish M365 Copilot + Copilot Studio as the leading commercial AI solution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, or consulting.
- Strong operational discipline and skills in value realization and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in modernizing with intelligent, purpose-built applications.
- Ability to build agent-infused applications and optimize business processes with agents.
- Innovative mindset to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
