Cloud Solution Architect - Power Platform

The Power Platform Cloud Solution Architect will be an HQ role, covering and serving the various countries in MEA. The candidate will focus on the 3 priority Pillars of Customer Centricity, Technical Leadership, and Business Impact. You will play a key role in enabling customers to realize value in their Microsoft investment through delivery of your technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring customers have a secure, resilient architecture. You will act as the trusted advisor that leads our customers' AI experiences, delivering customer outcomes and business value.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI growth via Agents that enhance Copilot Studio and leverage Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot, & Azure AI services to optimize customer outcomes.
• Maintain the health of the Power Platform customer base with strong execution to drive usage and renewal growth.
• Identify and deliver expansion opportunities for Enhanced Solutions in business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, or technology solutions.
• Technical proficiency with business value and change management skills.
• Strong operational discipline and effective usage excellence delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of modernizing with intelligent, purpose-built apps and building agent-infused applications.
• Experience in optimizing business processes with Agent-powered workflows and innovating with agents to automate tasks.
