Cloud Solution Architect - Power Platform

The Power Platform Cloud Solution Architect will be an HQ role, covering and serving various countries in MEA. The candidate will focus on the three priority pillars of Customer Centricity, Technical Leadership, and Business Impact. In FY26, you will play a key role in enabling customers to realize value in their investment through Unified & Enhanced Solutions. This involves delivering your technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring customers have a secure, resilient architecture. You will act as a trusted advisor leading our customers' AI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI growth via Agents that enhance the customer's outcomes and Copilot journey.
• Maintain the health of the Power Platform customer base with strong UE execution to drive STU/CSU handoffs, usage, and renewal growth.
• Identify and deliver expansion opportunities for Enhanced Solutions.
• Establish M365 Copilot + Copilot Studio as the leading commercial AI solution and generate customer excitement for our AI innovations.
• Leverage business process expertise to drive Agents on Copilot Chat / M365 Copilot with existing D365 customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT consulting/support.
• Technical product proficiency and readiness, along with strong operational discipline and Usage Excellence delivery.
• Preferred qualifications include an understanding of modernizing with intelligent, purpose-built apps and the ability to build agent-infused apps for enterprise systems.
