Cloud Solution Architect - Security

As a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in security, you will proactively represent the voice of the customer/partner, leveraging insights from feedback tools and systems to drive excellence in customer experience. Your role will entail translating customer/partner problems into effective industry solutions and ensuring a seamless delivery of services. You will be responsible for managing business and technical risks, aligning solutions with company methodologies, and identifying new opportunities for growth in consumption, usage, and unified expansion.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating across teams, managing risks, and delivering solutions based on proven methodologies that align with customer goals. You will actively engage with customers/partners to identify their needs and help them adopt the company’s product strategies, thereby ensuring a well-architected, secure, and optimized solution. By sharing relevant insights with internal teams, you will advocate for necessary changes and improvements in services and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field with minimum 4 years of applicable experience.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or relevant fields, or a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
• Technical certification in cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is desirable.

Language Requirements:
