The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization at Microsoft is on a mission to empower customers to accelerate business value through differentiated customer experiences that leverage Microsoft’s products and services. We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Security, who is passionate about driving our customers’ security transformation on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms. This customer-facing role owns the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, assisting customers in leveraging their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Responsibilities
- Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor, providing feedback and insights from customers/partners while being the Voice of the Customer to share insights and best practices.
- Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.
- Position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage, helping Customers attain value from their Microsoft investments and identifying resolutions to Customer blockers.
- Accelerate the Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving the security posture and ensuring the solution exhibits a “Secure by Design” framework.
- Run Architectural Design Sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution, aligning design with customer business goals and technical environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, software development/support, or technology solutions.
- OR Master’s Degree in a related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role, technical projects, and technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
