Cloud Solution Architect - Security

About
The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Security, is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft. You will help customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. The role involves driving positive customer satisfaction and becoming a trusted advisor by providing feedback and insights from customers and partners. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction, become a trusted advisor, and share insights and best practices.
• Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.
• Support customers through the adoption lifecycle, from planning to optimization, while driving Microsoft security products' utilization.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos, proposing high-level solutions and driving deployment and customer adoption.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and stakeholders to develop complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with Microsoft Security.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with previous experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting/support, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in Identity Management, specifically knowledge of EntraId.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with solid experience in technology solutions and practice development.
• Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and security certifications.
• Previous experience working on technical projects.
