As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

About: Tomoh Program is the company's program for Emiratization, aiming to accelerate Emiratis employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.
Program overview: The company Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.
Program Details:
The 6-month program is divided into two key phases:
- Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 month)
- Onboarding and introduction to the company's mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized company technical certifications.
- Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
- Phase 2 - On-the-job training (5 months)
- Joining as a Cloud Solution Architect for on-the-job shadowing and training.
- Mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Supporting the company teams in digital transformation projects.
- Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities
- Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business and information technology (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.
- Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams, using established channels.
- Solicits input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products. Demonstrates basic technical concepts and proves those design solutions capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner.
- Supports research projects and contributes to scoping surveys for customers/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs or process changes.
- Participates in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal team.
- Participates in discussions around architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that result in production deployment applications and increase customer business value. Ensures that the customer's environment and applications are well-architected.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
- Fluency in English.
- You must be legally authorized to work in UAE to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorized = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
- Completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
