About the Role
As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.
This role is part of the company Tomoh Apprenticeship program, a six-month paid training program focused on accelerating Emirati employability and creating market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment and skilling programs. You will work on real-world projects in collaboration with teams across the globe, while being empowered to explore your passions and achieve your goals.

Program Details
- Program Start Date: January 2027
- Duration: Six months divided into two key phases:
- Phase 1: Onboarding & Skilling (1 month)
- Introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling for certification.
- Professional and soft skills training (project management, change management, interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, time management).
- Phase 2: On-the-job Training (5 months)
- Role as a Cloud Solution Architect for shadowing and training.
- Mentorship and coaching.
- Support for company teams in digital transformation projects.
- Advanced technology training in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities
- Apply foundational technical knowledge of architecture solutions to meet business and IT requirements and resolve identified constraints.
- Represent the voice of the customer/partner by identifying and sharing feedback about technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights using established channels.
- Contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products; demonstrate basic technical concepts through design collaboration sessions.
- Support research projects and contribute to scoping surveys for customers/partners to assess potential IP needs or process changes.
- Participate in external architect community events (conferences, seminars, technical meetups) and share learnings with the internal team.
- Engage in discussions about architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization to enhance production deployment applications and customer business value.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
- Fluency in English.
- Legal authorization to work in UAE.
- Completed a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.

- Passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
- Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
