Position

The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization at the company is dedicated to empowering customers to achieve business value through enhanced experiences with the company's products and services. As part of this organization, we are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is enthusiastic about driving strategic projects across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region and facilitating customers' Cloud & AI transformation on the company Platform. This customer-facing role entails managing the technical relationship between the company and its customers, assisting them in maximizing their investments in company technologies through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, flexible with up to 50% work from home
Language Requirements: Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and thought leadership across Solution Areas with expertise in Infrastructure, AI Applications, Data, and AI Security.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Customer Success Leaders.
  • Drive company Sovereign Cloud solutions and Azure Confidential Compute.
  • Engage with Senior/Executive level stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, CIOs) of large enterprise customers to outline transformative cloud and AI strategies.
  • Capture and drive consumption across multiple solution areas for strategic customers.
  • Act as a vocal leader and advocate for customers within the organization, addressing adoption issues and accelerating resolutions with corporate and product teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance for architecture solutions end-to-end, serving as the gatekeeper for architecture design to ensure resiliency and adherence to best practices.
  • Speak as a technical representative in internal and external forums and mentor within the technical community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 10+ years of relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong customer presence and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
