The company Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization, with over 17,000 employees worldwide, is responsible for strategy, design, and implementation of the company's end-to-end customer experience. The role requires a highly motivated and deeply technical Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with extensive experience across the company's Security portfolio, including Defender XDR, Company Entra, Company Purview, and Security Copilot. Candidates should have hands-on expertise in Company Sentinel and Company Defender for Cloud, with a proven track record in complex cloud security and customer transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, leading security strategy, architecture, and modernization initiatives.
- Architect, deploy, and operationalize Company Sentinel, ensuring effective incident workflows and threat intelligence.
- Drive the adoption of Company Defender for Cloud, enhancing security across various environments.
- Lead migrations from third-party SIEM platforms to Company Sentinel, ensuring operational excellence.
- Help secure AI workloads through various company security tools.
- Design end-to-end security architectures that integrate company technologies.
- Conduct architecture workshops and hands-on enablement sessions to drive customer success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Company Sentinel in enterprise environments.
- Experience in leading SIEM modernization projects and security posture management.
- Strong knowledge in securing cloud environments using Azure policies, governance, and Zero Trust principles.
- Familiarity with security operations, incident response, and automation.
- Understanding of industry security frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
Certifications Required:
- SC-200: Company Security Operations Analyst Associate
- AZ-500: Company Azure Security Engineer Associate
Preferred Certifications:
- SC-100: Company Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- SC-300: Company Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Additional company and industry-recognized certifications are valuable.
