The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization at the company is dedicated to empowering customers to accelerate business value through exceptional experiences with the company's products and services. CE&S is responsible for consulting, customer success, and support across the company's portfolio.
The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization centers on enabling customer success on the Cloud by leveraging AI-powered capabilities and expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business value, foster operational excellence, and cultivate long-term loyalty.
The AI Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) plays a crucial role in helping customers secure their AI and cloud environments while driving adoption of the company's security solutions. This includes safeguarding AI workloads, applying Zero Trust principles, and enhancing usage of E5 security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Security Assessments:
- Ensure customers complete Enterprise Security Assessments (ESA) for safe adoption of AI and cloud services.

Security Solutions Implementation:
- Guide customers in implementing Zero Trust architecture and utilizing the company's security solutions like Defender for Cloud.

Incident Response Support:
- Provide expertise in threat investigation, digital forensics, and containment measures.

Compliance & Governance:
- Assist customers in achieving regulatory standards for AI workloads.

Customer Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor for AI security and influence architectural decisions.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience:
- 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years experience or Master’s Degree with 6+ years in cloud/infrastructure technologies.

Security Certifications:
- SC-100: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
- SC-200: Security Operations Analyst
- AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate

Core Skills:
- Expertise in the company's security stack (Defender, Sentinel, Entra).
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in modern security operations and analytics.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
