The Cloud & AI Infrastructure CSA is responsible for accelerating Azure adoption and enabling AI readiness at scale by delivering secure, resilient, and modernized cloud infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements to migrate and modernize workloads, ensuring optimized architecture for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Prepare customers for production AI at scale by implementing robust infrastructure foundations and governance models.
• Drive delivery consistency across Unified accounts, contributing to Azure consumption plans, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of customer success plans.
• Provide oversight for technical delivery, ensuring resiliency, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and share repeatable IP and best practices to accelerate time-to-value and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or software development/support.
• Proven track record in Azure migration, modernization, and resiliency projects in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Mandatory certification in AI Fundamentals (AI-900) and Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) preferred.
• Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure, resiliency, and governance, along with consultative skills and operational excellence.
