As a Cloud Solution Architect Azure Infra in the Customer Success Unit in the UAE, you will work with enterprise customers to design and implement their infrastructure on Azure. This opportunity will allow you to further develop your experience on Azure, influence the Azure roadmap, and impact the cloud journey of some of the most influential organizations in the UAE. Your work will blend time at the company offices, on-site with customers, and remote collaboration, giving you the flexibility to make an impact wherever it’s needed most.
In the Customer Success team, we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Cloud Solution Architect Azure Infra, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes based on their investments in the company technology. Leveraging your leading technical expertise, you will ensure customers get value from their MS investments. The company aspires to help our customers architect and deploy first-class cloud infrastructure solutions in Azure to be AI Ready by applying scalable best practices in the cloud with Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates and share insights with engineering teams to remove blockers.
- Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to relevant company teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
- Deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand the company's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale.
- Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environment using CAF Landing Zones for migrations, customer resiliency, and AI Innovation.
- Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical expertise and lead conversations to drive value from company investments.
- Demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals, engaging with communities to share expertise and accelerate customer transformation.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, driving architecture design, solution implementation, or cloud adoption.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Azure landing zones aligned with enterprise-scale architecture best practices.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts.
