Cloud Solution Architecture

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will proactively serve as the voice of the customer and partner, leveraging insights from feedback tools and systems. Your role involves identifying and translating customer problems into viable industry solutions. You will focus on delivering a seamless customer experience while driving the expansion of solutions at scale. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying customer needs and proactively managing risks to ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to execute solutions in compliance with industry standards.
• Utilizing market insights to guide virtual teams and support sales objectives.
• Delivering solutions that prepare customers for operational readiness and help them achieve their business targets.
• Advocating for alternative architectures and solutions that enhance customer requirements.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering) with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

• Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is highly desired.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role and working on technical projects.
