Responsibilities
- Lead your team to deliver customer objectives and Microsoft business targets, ensuring positive Customer Satisfaction.
- Coach your team to understand customer objectives and drive value realization through AI Business Applications.
- Model our culture and values, fostering a positive team culture and contributing to the success of others.
- Engage in skills and capability discussions, understanding each team member's unique talents and aligning with business goals.
- Lead your team in focusing on customer experience and success, developing strategies to improve experience and value realization.
- Manage your team’s performance against business measures and delivery excellence expectations for your portfolio of customers and projects.
- Analyze customer and industry trends to drive the expansion of our Solutions and Support business.
- Deliver the end-to-end AI Business Solutions story for Microsoft by leveraging technical expertise in foundational AI and Business Applications.
Qualifications
- Strong AI Business Solutions technical experience and knowledge, especially on Business Applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- People management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and leading technical projects, teams, or functions.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google).
