Responsibilities
- Drive AI growth via Agents that enhance Copilot Studio and leverage Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot, and Azure AI services to optimize customer outcomes.
- Maintain the health of the Power Platform customer base.
- Identify and deliver expansion opportunities for Enhanced Solutions.
- Facilitate customer journey transformations through AI by leveraging existing technologies like Copilot Journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, software development, or technology solutions.
- Strong operational discipline with a focus on Usage Excellence delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of modernizing with intelligent, purpose-built applications.
- Experience in building agent-infused apps and optimizing business processes with agents.
